Refund Policy

These refund terms are developed in accordance with the requirements of the LiqPay service and the legislation of Ukraine. Refunds are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".

1. Grounds for refund

• the product has a manufacturing defect;
• the product does not match the characteristics or description on the website;
• The buyer made an erroneous or repeated payment;
• the goods were not received by the Buyer;
• other grounds agreed between the Buyer and the Seller.

2. Return procedure

To process a return, the Buyer must provide:

• order number;
• Full name and contact phone number;
• date and amount of payment;
• reason for return;
• photo/video confirmation (if necessary).

3. Refund method

The refund will be made to the card from which the payment was made. The term for crediting the funds is 1–7 business days after confirmation of the application.

If the payment was made via LiqPay, the refund will be made only via LiqPay in accordance with the service rules.

4. Return of goods

Return of goods of proper quality is possible if they have not been used and are in their original condition. Shipping back to the Seller is at the expense of the Buyer.

Goods created for an individual order are not subject to return (Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights").
